Bangkok’s Chinatown – Don’t Miss It!

Chinatown Bangkok 10

Bangkok’s Chinatown can easily be described as a sensory overload not worth missing, and is an absolute must experience for both old and new tourists to the Thai capital.  Packed with shops selling anything from bathtub plugs to Angry Birds backpacks, it’s gold and food that’s Chinatown’s specialty.  The streets here are jam packed with people, food stalls, and everything in between, making it challenging at times to navigate through it all.  But that’s all part of the fun!  When you need a break from it all (trust us, you will), there are a number of temples around worth exploring that will provide you with some much needed breathing room!

How to get there:  Take the public Chao Phraya Express boat to Ratchawong Pier (No. 5).  Walk straight.  You can’t miss it!
